Individual Therapy

Individual therapy are one-on-one sessions with a mental health provider. We start with an initial assessment meeting, where we discuss your reasons for coming to therapy and develop a plan for how to address your concerns. Every therapist has an approach to therapy that's based in evidence and theories and resonates with their values and personal style.

Group Therapy

When you are working on understanding yourself in your relationships with other people (friendships, family, romantic partners), group therapy is one of the most effective ways to learn. We think of the group as a "hall of mirrors" where each member can show you a part of yourself. To learn more about group and to see if it is a good fit for you, reach out to schedule an individual appointment with one of our therapists.
